No RSVP needed. $5 cover charge paid to Affirmations. Cards start promptly at 6pm. The first 32 womyn that arrive will play cards! Alcohol & smoke free environment. Bring what you're eating/drinking (alcohol free). Round robin style of play. No need to arrive with a partner. DAWN GATHERING Join us to dine, socialize and play billiards and darts at Roosevelt’s Billiards, Bar and Grill, 27843 Orchard Lake Road in Farmington Hills, MI 48334 (In the Orchard 12 Plaza, NW corner of 12 Mile Rd. and Orchard Lake). Look for our pineapple people/official greeters.
Note: We do not have a reserved space booked for these gatherings. Just look for a group of women or the pineapple people when you show up. You can also ask the doorperson if they know where the DAWN group is sitting. Roosevelt’s is a large venue offering a full menu, bar, billiards and darts (charged by the hour), numerous TVs showing sports games, free Wi-Fi, and easy to find free parking. CAMPING TRIP & BIKE RIDE
Camp at Windover, 3596 Blakely Road Owendale, MI 48754 . Windover is a private camping resort for women. For more details on Windover visit their website www.windoverresort.com
To join us for the is event, make your own reservations by contacting Windover at: (989) 375-2586 (during camping season), (989) 634-5671 (off season), or via their website. Then let us know you will be joining us for the bike ride (see details below). Make reservation early as their is limited camping space availiable. Camp in your own tent or trailer, if you don't have one rental trailers are also available $47-$70 per night.
Everyone must have a Windover membership to enter the campgrounds. Membership fee is $25 (good for a full year).
For the cyclists, join us on Saturday June 14 for a 21 mile round trip leisurely bike ride to quaint Gagetown. We will leave Windover 10am. Riders will enjoy a free lunch at the "Toad" (courtesy of Windover). At dusk Saturday night, relax with friends at the campfire on site #108 -- Carole's site.
